El Quisco is a commune and spa town on the central coast of Chile in the province of San Antonio , Valparaíso Region . The commune belongs to the Litoral de las Artes y los Poetas , a cultural space that was forged by the Chilean poets Pablo Neruda , Vicente Huidobro and Nicanor Parra . It limits to the north with Algarrobo , to the east with Casablanca , to the south with El Tabo and to the west with the Pacific Ocean .
